We’re facing difficult times in the wine community.
In response to the increasing challenges presented by COVID-19, we’re announcing a few small ways we’re here to support you.
Any Commerce7 client who has had to close their tasting room and is struggling financially is eligible for a credit towards their monthly charge. Credits are based on a client's current pricing plan. Credits will cover the entire fixed monthly charge for clients on our “basic” plan. Please reach out if you need financial assistance.
If you are a Commerce7 client and are struggling to run Commerce7 functions due to shortage of staff, please reach out to us and we can assist with day to day operations such as creating and running club packages, managing orders, product and discount creation, etc. (Please note this is not something we typically do, but something we are making available during this time).
If you are a Commerce7 client and would like assistance with your ecommerce initiatives, please reach out to us and we can book a free consultation with you to go over ecommerce best practises, review your current processes, and discuss where there are opportunities to drive more revenue. (Again this is not something we typically do, but something we are making available during this time).
