Commerce7 Expands Into Australia, Launches DTC Master Series to Empower Winery Growth

Adelaide, Australia – July 15, 2025 – Commerce7, the leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform for the wine industry, is officially expanding into the Australian market. This milestone supports the company’s mission to empower wineries with the tools and insights needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences and succeed in DTC.

To support this expansion, Commerce7 is launching its DTC Master Series roadshow in Australia, a free in-person event series designed to help wineries unlock growth through customer data and modern DTC strategies. Titled “Turning Customer Data into Winery Growth,” the series will take place this month in Adelaide Hills and Hunter Valley.

The sessions will cover:

  • How to capture essential customer data and use it to build meaningful relationships
  • Converting first-time visitors into loyal advocates through strategic interactions
  • Positioning wine as a luxury product through personalization and modern DTC tactics

The expansion follows Commerce7’s acquisition of WineDirect’s SaaS division in January 2025, a move that significantly accelerated platform development and global reach. With the addition of the WineDirect team, Commerce7 is better positioned than ever to set new industry standards and deliver impactful technology and support at scale. The company continues to invest in artificial intelligence and machine learning to help wineries deliver more personalized, data-driven experiences.

Attendees will hear from industry experts Robin Shaw (Wine Tourism Australia) and Jennifer Warrington (WISE Academy), alongside members of the Commerce7 team including Mike Fishman, Emily McCutcheon, and Ineke Mast.
