New Facebook Tracking Integration and Credit Card Upsert & Card on File App

The days of asking club members for a credit card to secure a reservation while booking their visit over the phone are over. CellarPass has recently created the first-ever Card on File (CoF) solution where you can now recall any stored credit card within Commerce7 to be applied to any CellarPass backoffice booking.
Simply start a reservation within CellarPass, use our “match” feature to look up a club member or attach a regular customer to the booking. You can then view a list of all their available credit cards stored in Commerce7, saving you time - and possibly a phone call. With this new feature, you can have peace of mind that cards are stored securely, while offering guests the option to simply send an email to your staff with their preferred date and times and use their CoF to complete the reservation.
The feature does not stop there. Any CellarPass reservation booked with a credit card, will have the card instantly attached to the customer record within Commerce7 in seconds. No more repeating credit card numbers over the phone and the guest will enjoy the “resort-like” experience they all have come to expect by adding any in-store purchases can be charged against their card on file.
