Will it slow Commerce7? No. Signals runs on our servers.

How long does the first sync take? Most wineries finish within 15–60 minutes depending on years of transaction history. 

Do we need a Stripe account before installing? No. The free tier activates instantly; if you upgrade later, you’ll complete a quick Stripe checkout inside the Signals dashboard.

Can multiple team members use Signals? Absolutely — unlimited seats on every plan. Invite tasting-room staff, marketing managers, or consultants at no extra cost.

Will historical club switches break our metrics? No. Signals automatically reconciles member-since dates and club moves so your lifetime-value and cohort metrics stay accurate.

How are taster counts calculated? Signals scans your products and predicts which ones you're likely to count as a taster. Pro members can customize this list.
